Did you HYDRATE today?
I'm going to start a post on hydration since so many of us struggle with getting in all our water. Hopefully this will serve as an accountability tester for us and encourage us to get in those fluids!!!
Today I drank:
80oz Crystal Light
10oz Protein Water
(Plan on drinking 20oz of water after I eat dinner)

How how how hooooowww do you drink that much?! I'm being serious. I can drink when I'm sitting at the computer, or cooking, or on the road driving but any other time, I am go go going with 5 kids, chasing toddler twins around, etc.
It seems impossible to me! If that is why I'm not losing, then I don't know how this can work for me (sorry to be a downer...but seriously!). It would be easier to have an IV!

I keep my water bottle with me all the time and have been able to take bigger gulps in recent weeks. The lemon juice helps a lot. And I am going to check with my surgeon because with a straw I can do even better.
There are days when I swear I'll projectile vomit if I ever have another sip of water........
It would be hard to chase those little cuties with an IV.. LOL!
I find it is easier when I drink crystal light instead of plain water. Once water looses it's coldness...yuck.
I just filled up a 20 oz glass 4 times.
Trust me, before today I didn't drink close to what I did today. I just applied some of what I sent you earlier and figured it was time to "kick it up notch".
