I still have no appetite and nothing really tastes good to me but Id have to say, cheese and seafood.
2. What is your goal for today?
Im attending my sorority dinner meeting tonight at a Chinese Restaurant...I intend to order soup only while they all go to the buffet...wish me luck to be strong...lol..even if I wasnt strong, Id barf anyways!
3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be?

I thought of you when I saw child care on my list of calorie burning activities. I put in your weight from Monday's weigh in and take a look at this, for 60 mins:
Child care: sitting/kneeling-dressing, feeding---327

1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)? Meat meat and meat. I used to be a meat and potatoes girl, now it's just meat.
2. What is your goal for today? To get through a department lunch without getting sick. My boss is leaving and taking us out to lunch. Nobody knows about the surgery but everyone sees the loss. I hate Thai food so I'm not worried about overeating, but I am worried about the smell making me sick...
3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be? Nothing makes me dump or get sick but I think if I could have a BIG baked potato loaded with butter and cheese and scallions...yum.

Hi,
1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)?
I love the Luna bars and then the isopure drinks, mango peach and apple are my favorite. I also like my Joe Robb whey mix with a bit of raspberry extract and put thru the blender.
2. What is your goal for today?
To consume ober 75oz of water and run 20 minutes on the treadmill.
3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be?
I really miss Ben & Jerry's Phish Food and Cherry Garcia Frozen Yougurt, with a bit of fudge sauce over it. Sigh. Otherwise it would be dark chocolate covered pretzels. I was not really a sugar person but these items stand out as missed.......maybe its because its my monthly time.
