Hi Chele: Thank you very much. I have read your profile. If you started to work out, it is normal to see the scale to slow down. When you work out you develop muscle too and it is heavier than fat!!!. Hello Suzan: Yes I am a Blessed man!!! I have a huge support from family. In fact one of my sister is a Nutritionist, so imagine the stressed I had before surgery for my overweight!!. Hi Alejandro, Welcome to the board! I had my surgery done in Mexicali, Mx by another doctor by the last name Aceves, Alberto. I had a wonderful experience in Mx and I will be back in Mexicali this coming Saturday. One day I would like to go back to Guadalajara, it's been many many years ago that I was there for a couple of months with my grandfather. I'd like to get in touch with my heritage, and take some time to visit all the different towns in Mx...but like with anything, that takes $$ so I am hoping to save up to make a longer trip there.
