Hi Tiffany, I once stayed at the Hotel Del Coronado and that was lovely. I don't know if we were to get a group rate if that would be in our price range but it may be worth looking into. I think the rooms we had were in the 300 range but they have rooms starting at 200. 1) do you prefer the weekend of 19 January or 26 January? Either is ok with me 2) would you prefer a 3 star hotel in the $100 price range or a 4 star in the $125 range? 4 star - 125 3) are you interested in sharing a room with someone (that you organize)? No, I intend for my husband to come along 4) do you plan to attend? Yes 5) would you prefer an unstructured weekend or some formal activities, even if it means we each pay a general fee of (estimated) $75? A little of both would be nice 6) would you like to help the planning efforts and is there any particular item you'd like to work on? I have my plate full right now and probably for the next 30 days. I can probably help once we get Grace out of the hospital and fattened back up.

Hi, Hotel Del is gorgeous, one of my personal favorites as well. They have new owners and recent experience has been that rates are over $200/night but they will get the request for proposal. Thanks for your input! Tiffany
