Ok, I am 11 weeks out and just starting to journal my food. MY bad! I have had: B- Protein shake coffee with 1% milk L- 2 oz tuna with curry sauce 2 23 oz propel D- 3 oz chicken with some shredded cheese and sour cream vitamins in still trying to keep track of water!!! I am way behind you guys!!!

B--eggs with cheese S- string cheese 2 sf cookies L- cottage cheese S- 2 sf cookies S2- fake coffee D- 1 Boca chicken patty with cheese S- more fake coffee around 1000 cals around 50 protein no exercise! Cathy

Bad day today (cooking all day for Passover). B-skipped L-chicken S-tastes of all the good food I was cooking D-brisket,chicken,roast potatoes,artichoke dip,bite of 2 deserts

Wed. is bad days for me, I ride to school with my DH we don't get home until after midnight so I am going to post now B ~ one egg L ~ one egg D ~ 6 Frys (I was not hunger DH stoped at wendys and got him a meal, I was only going to try one of his frys and before I knew it I had 6) I did pay for it later.
