Yeah, my feet went from a 10 to a 9. My underware are ungodly large on me too. I agree with the old navy comment. I still wear XXL shirts from there. Dawn

Hi Dawn, I'm sorry those 18's did not fit. You know that every manufacturer is different. What was the brand? I have one pair of Elisabeth 20 that are falling off and a pair of avenue 24 that fit smaller than the Elizabeth ones. You know that you are using your tool correctly. YOU ARE THE WORK OUT QUEEN! You eat good food, drink your fluids. Try not to let a size get you down. Easy for me to say when I was boo hooing 6 weeks ago about how horrible it all was! Take care and cheer up! God Bless, Jen

They were Lee Riders. Funny thing is I know Lees run small but when I held them up I though, "These things look HUGE!!" Ahh...WRONG!!! You have done such a 180 that I forgot all about your month long sob fest. Dawn

Oh sweetie, don't do that to yourself. You really didn't want THOSE capri's anyway. They were probably not worth the money You are looking fabulous and doing great. And remember you are NOT the number that you are wearing. Cut yourself some slack. Here is a hint. Go for something with stretch. It's more forgiving and you'll fit and feel comfy to boot. Check out QVC.com they have really cute capri's and crop pants Now go and drink your Crystal Lite like a good girl!

Dawn, I sympathize with you...it can be frustrating. Remember too, that different makers have different cuts so an 18 in one brand will fit totally different than an 18 in another. I think you work harder at this than anyone, if you want my opinion! I can't beat you at the gym (nor would I try) lol. Hang in there...you're gonna get there! Chele

Don't be sad. Every manufacturer has a different standard for sizeing, and if they were made in Tiwan or someplace like that, the sizeing could be way off of US standards. You are loseing and you are doing great. Don't be disgusted or disillusioned. I know wherefore I speak. I have everything from a size 20 to a 15 that fit. But the bright red western pants (15) that I want to wear are still a long way from fitting. But in time I will be wearing them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hazel

I hate it that sizes run so different. What's nice is when you have several sizes at home and you go to try on a smaller size and you went right past that one. Keep up the good work! Kim

Sorry to hear about your shopping trip I go to wal-mart and buy their jeans... they are stretch but now I'm in the misses section instead of the Womens... I'm sure you'd have the same luck!! Could be your losing up top more than on the bottom right now.. It will all catch up!
