Great Exercise

Everyone here knows about my faithfulness to the gym. Well even though I work my heart out there I'm really not doing much for my lower abs. I have gotten very friendly with one of the trainers and he gives me free pointers every now and then. I wanted to pass this one along. At home lower abs exercise 1) Sit in a sturdy chair (preferably a dining room chair) 2) extend your legs strait out (heels on floor) 3) cross your feet at your ankles 4) hold on to both sides of the chair at your hips 5) in smooth movement raise you ankles as high as you can (try to make them parallel to your hips) 6) lower ankles to floor and repeat Do as many as you can without stopping. When you do your next set try to push out 5 or 10 MORE than the first time (this is called pyramid sets) Do as many sets as you can The best results come from several sets and reps! Now no one can have an excuse for not working out those abs! Dawn
