Good Morning everyone! I hope everyone had a fabulous Easter with their families! Okay onto the #'s. Highest Weight: 272 Last Weeks Weight: 220 This Week's Weight: 216 -4 lb loss last week Total Loss of 56 lbs!!! How did everyone else do this last week? Susan P.S. I sure hope when I post this.... that I have a face. LOL

Hi Susan~ You are SO close to ONEderland!!!! WTG!! I was hoping that drinking a 100oz a day would kick up the weight loss. It didn't. Maybe it takes time. Day of surgery: 321 Last week: 264 Today: 260 Lost this week: 4# Total: 61# (I was hoping to break 60 this week!!) Dawn

Good morning! I upped my water intake alot this week and I am still following the same pattern! I go for 2 weeks with no or little loss. I have tried increasing the protien, increasing exercise. I guess my body knows what it wants and tough what I want!!! Pre-surgery-360 Day of surgery-331 Last week-296 This week-296 Total: 64 lb.s I guess if I follow my pattern, I will be losing again next week. Leeanne

I'm on protest this week. I know why I haven't lost and I'm going to correct the problem this week. I swear I have gained and lost the same 3-4 lbs for the past two weeks. I got down to 164 then back up to 168 and around and around I went. Today I weighed 167 so I'm a little at myself. Also I ate a piece of chicken last night and it got stuck and I'm still this morning. What gives. I guess this wasn't my weekend for sure! Oh well, I gotta go get ready for work now.
