Low B12 and Nasal Spray

I went in for my 3 month post-op visit last week and my B12 was low. Everything else looked good, however, I have to begin the B12 shots for the next 3 months. My surgeon says I need them monthly and then if the levels get high enough, I can do just the sublingual (which is what I'm currently doing). Has anyone here used the B12 Nasal spray? And if so, how did it work?

I saw this question on the main board a few months ago. The general concensus was that it didn't work well, expecially in replacing the shots. I think they would be equal to sublingual, same principal. But no one said that it worked instead of the shots.
