Hi everyone!!!! I got called into work at good ol' Jack In The Box so didn't get to the gym... but we were SOOO busy so I was running all over the place lol. Lent's over, right? So we had the celebrators and the people going on Easter Break... aye carumba! LOL Oh well, I still got a work out How about you!

Went to gym. Cardio: 35 mins treadmill (the usual, incline of 8, speed 3.2-3.3mph). Bike 10 mins. A couple machines, but I was pooped! Chele

Does gardening count??? I also trimmed all the edges and ran the mower....I still have to work on my arms too, see if I can catch anything on fire from my muscles burning so badly....LOL take care Steph

I worked my tail off today!!!! 55 mins on elliptical 55 mins on weight machines 100 situps on pilates ball Total calories burned: 1069 (doesn't count situps) Woohoo me!!!! Dawn

I think I might just be one of the fittest fat people around. In all honesty the reason I am so committed is because I'm not working right now and I am a creature of routine. I NEED something to do at a certain time everyday or my whole world implodes. Spending 2 hours at the gym gives me a reason to get ready in the morning and a place to see peers. Not to mention it gives me 2 hours of "me" time with no kids!! That is priceless. I even schedule things around the gym now. My dad wanted me to come over Wednesday morning to help him with something and I had to say, "Sorry, if it's between 10 and 12 I'm at the gym." Dawn

"Not to mention it gives me 2 hours of "me" time with no kids!! That is priceless." This is the number one reason I have been enjoying going, myself. I love my children and what I do, but this is 2 hours where I can just concentrate on ME. I don't have to think about anything else BUT myself for just that frame of time that I carve out. 1 hour at the gym today! And I was pooped... I didn't do anything but run around and play with my kids all weekend. Missed the gym on Friday and Saturday and drug myself back today. I think the long weekend trip made me just plain lazy!! I will get back into the swing of it though this week. Everyone else is doing so great and DAWN you are my HERO!! Hugs, Julie

man did I ..... I strted Tae boe today used to do it all the time but I could actually keep up now...yeah!!! and I watched "Roll Bounce" OMG I am such a Disco bunny....I'm on a Roooolllll Now!
