My menu~ B: 8oz water w/1 scoop protein at gym: 19.44oz protein water L: tuna w/ 1 teas FF miracle whip D: 2/3 chicken breast stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and PS Mozz cheese S: rice cake vitamins done, water done, 2 hours at the gym My totals: Cal: 470 Fat: 10 Carbs: 13 Protein: 78 Dawn
