Remember....
I was reading the post from earlier this morning where there were many different opinions, and that was great. Many of us focus so much on the weight loss that we forget about the nutrition factor. We need our vitamins and minerals....we need to stay healthy in accordance with losing the weight. Nutrition comes first...weight loss second (in my opinion). If we aren't healthy, then we'll end up in the hospital and then our losses will be hindered. If you're eating 460 calories or 1000 calories, no carbs to 60 carbs a day.....that's up to you. Do what works for you and continue doing what you're doing. Stick to your doc's orders and worry about YOU and what YOU'RE doing. Everyone's doing such a fantastic job here, and it hasn't even been 4 months for us! I'm just thinking as a nurse here.....nutrition first! Good luck to all!

I agree. I believe that we have to do what is best for each of us and the nutrition is the first thing on my mind. I personally do not go to a gym, nor do I do much more than walking and gardening for exercise, but that is just me, and so far this is working. Stick with what works for you and forget trying to change or conform to someone else's standards. JMHO
