What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
B-- refried beans and cheese
S--fake coffee
S2-- string cheese
L--refried beans, cheese, little bit of guacamole & sour cream
S3--fake coffee
S4-- 1/4 cup ice cream
S5--fake coffee
D-string cheese, egg salad + spinach
vitamins all done but calcium (before bed)
need some water
25 mins on treadmill

Tracy, I'm doing my best to be optimistic that things will get better. They have to - I mean really that's what makes our lives so well rounded. How else would we appreciate the good times if we didn't have to wade through the kerap!
although I admit freely I'm super tired of kerap wading!

Hi there kay!!!
It was too windy here to go out much without the threat of being hit with debris, so I stayed in with the kids most of the day except to take Nati to gymnastics
Here is my menu:
B- protein bar
L- carne asada, about 1/3 cup of the meat and half a tostada, and some mexican rice, about 1/2 cup.
D- more carne asada meat and a few bites of the rice.
S- protein bar
water, about 48 oz so far and still sipping
vitamins, check, calcium before bed.

Here's my menu:
B: egg with shredded cheese
S: soy milk with whey protein, some banana extract
L: organic mac and cheese with extra cheese
D: leftover poached chicken and some grilled asparagus tips
S: 1/2 b isopure....I was not near my protein and did not feel like eating anything.
80 oz water
Vitamins!
