Can you believe it, one pound and I will be 200 another 1/2 pound and I will be below two hundred, and they won't go away. I have been to busy to eat and do "FORMAL" exercise, but I have walked and carried and lifted and worked my tail off,(literally I have no aspen left) but that stupid one and a half pounds just keeps hanging on. It'll fall off chickadee! Just keep drinking and eating, you might be building muscle with all the lifting you're doing! Muscle weighs more! You'll be in Onederland soon enough!

I was just wondering if the welbutrin you are taking is the generic or the XL because I was crashing at night at knew but didn't put things together that we can't take XL's or anything extended. It is absorbed and then that is it. It was terrible. I started on the generic wellbutrin 3 x's a day and doing much better. I am an EXTREMELY busy person and now had to go to the emergency room a couple of weeks ago with chest pains and having trouble breathing. Come to find out I started having panic attacks. I am now on Xanax 3 x's a day also. 1/2 of a really small dose. It does help because I've only had one since. I am learning to put me first once in awhile instead of my hubby and kids and saying NO NO NO!!!! I would be home to pretty much sleep and picking up my house and doing laundry then the rest of the time on the run for kids or working. Life is getting better now. Good luck Brigitte

I don't know of one person out there that has not felt like you have been feeling. It seems to get better with time and when we don't allow it to consume us. I find those peaceful walks where ever I live really make a difference. I am not on drugs, although I thought I really needed them a few months ago. I found that talking to someone helped me not feel so alone. Do you belong to a support group of any kind? Drugs are available if you need them but I enjoy life so much better without having to pop drugs. I also found sometimes my moods were effected by diet and lack of certain vitamins in my system.I have taken Back Cohash on and off for a little while. It is supposed to be to women that are in a pre- menaposal state but it really helped by mood swings there is also St. Johns Wort. If you want a non drug alternative it is worth looking into. Will be praying for you.

See....Now that's something to cheer about!! Good for you and hope you are starting to feel a bit better. I had a super session today and a good "talk and walk" with my wife and dogs tonight....felt good. Hope your cold and snow are gone soon too so you can get out and see green and life again. Take care of yourself and remember...we're only an e-mail away...Cap'n K-Man
