Has WLS Made You Self Absorbed?

You look great!!! It is really something to wrap my head around (this change). I spent 10 years obese and not caring enough to do all that much about it, and have spent the last year working on a new me. I ended up going back to Ann Taylor today and returned EVERYTHING...However, Nordstrom Rack is having a big 60% off sale Tuesday so I will do my shopping then. I figure I have another 20lbs. to go which may or not may change the size again save a few pennies in all this.

Thanks to all for letting me know I am not alone. I really am grateful and most days I feel really good about myself. When I have one of these days it shocks me. I do not realize that my looks did matter for all those obese years that I just pushed it out of my mind. Really I just buried the feelings so every once in awhile it surfaces. I am going for a manicure and pedicure later! LOL My family is really not supportive of PS/ They think I am obsessing which is definetly a strong possibility. They know me well!!! Truth is I am thrilled with my new found health and looks. I am 50 yr old and I am usually pretty okay with it.Last week I thought my pix looked good so my head is messing with me!!
