I have reached ONEDERLAND!

Good Morning Everyone, I have finally reached Onederland. Actually I reached it yesterday but wanted to be sure it would stick before announcing it. I am so excited about this goal because it's been way too many years since I've been under the 200 lbs. range. Thank you all for letting me share my excitement with you. Karen S. Highest/Surgery/Current 273 / 255 / 199 Have lost a total of 56 lbs. since surgery and 73 since last August.

Congratulations Karen! I made it there a couple of weeks or so ago, and now I am getting greedy. I want it to go faster again. It feels good to know it is in the 1's, though! It's been many years for many of us! Sandy L
