I thought we should post a little more to help our secret pal. I am not one to ask people to buy things for me so it is kinda awkward but these might help figure out what to buy for each other. What kind of work do you do? I am a stay at home Mom because I injured my neck as a nurse in 1999. 2. Do you live in an apartment or house? If you live in a house what color scheme on the outside? I live in a house that is Tan with Burgundy shutters. 3. Do you have a garden? What do you grow? I do have a garden and I grow roses, tulips, daffadils and any annual flower that will grow in NY state. 4. What color scheme is in your house? Each room? Kitchen royal blue/burgundy/white. Living room....dark green and burgundy and some yellow, dining room peach and green, bathrooms are pastels downstairs and purple/green upstairs. 5. Where do you shop the most? Walmart/target/Fashion bug/Kohl's. 6. What is your favorite place to go out to eat. Olive Garden or Red lobster or Chili's. 7. Do you entertain much? Yes we have friends come over and play cards. 8. Do you have a favorite food? I love seafood but more so since surgery because of the protein. 9. Do you read if so what kind of books/magazine do you read? I like romance magazines like true story, true confessions and entertainment rags like hollywood stars lives. I also like reading Mary Higgins clarke books.(murder mysteries) 10. What is your favorite drink. I drink a lot of water or diet snapple. 11. What is your favorite sports team? (if you have one) Yankees. 12 Do you play the lottery? Scratch off or lotto? I like scratch off or lotto 13. Do you plan on taking a vacation this year and if so where? Not taking one, just got back from ny CITY. 14. Do you like candles? Yes Yankee and never seem to have enough. Any fragrance will do. 15. Bubble baths or showers? Showers, never have enough time for bubble baths. 16 Are you a girly girl? (nail polish, fake nails pedicures ect) Yes I like opi polish usually darks like mauves, reds or dark pinks. I have acrylic nails and go for fills every three weeks. I went for only one pedicure and loved it. 17. What is your favorite snack? (post op) I like the nabisco 100 cal pouches of chocolate chip cookies. Every now and then. 18. Do you do protein suppliments and if so where do you buy them? I buy the stallone puddings (banana is my fav) Whey protein powder both from GNC 19. What kind of movies do you like? Comedy/love and suspense but not to scary. 20. What web sites do you buy from? (if any) ebay usually. 21. What is your favorite perfume? Are you running low? white musk from Jovan and I am almost out. 22. Do you want people buying you clothes if so what size/style would you like? Sure preferably any top smaller than a XL. I am wearing XL now and I would not want anyone to buy me pants. I do love PJ's though. My night gown is size 18 and pj bottoms are xl. Also you can never have enough White socks. 23. What is your hobby? I love bingo, shopping and friends. 24. Are you religious? if so what denomination? I am Catholic but not overly religious. 25 Would you like something religous? Not really. 26. Is there anything you could use that you do not have? I walk and that is about it but I would like exercise dvd's or pilate type stuff. I do have a jump rope and would like to eventually increase my exercize routine so I would be willing to try anything. 33. Do you buy from Starbucks or any other coffee house? I like starbucks. 34. Do you wear/like jewelry? If so what kind? I wear watches (indiglo lite), bracelets( wrist or ankle), necklaces or charms for necklaces but I only wear gold colored. Surgery was 1/17/06 and I know you might think this stupid but my dh and I celebrate our first kiss which was May 28th! It's special to us. And so is the birth of my boys born January 24th, 1997 my baby Jacob and my oldest son, Gerry was born November 4, 1992. 32.What kind of exercise stuff do you do. Is there anything you could use that you do not have? I don't have an exercise stuff - I go to the Y and work out which I love. I love to go swimming too (and have went through 2 swimsuits as I've lost weight). 33. Do you buy from Starbucks or any other coffee house? no Starbucks near me But I love decaf coffee 34. Do you wear/like jewelry? If so what kind? I love to wear custom jewelry and I love anything Garnet, which is my birthstone! I love to buy for other people and I hope they enjoy it as much as I enjoyed finding something they might like.
