Hi Kay, It is nice and warm in Houston, we have been running the AC since Tuesday. B - Milk & protein powder L - Chicken S - Doritos - ouch D - Chicken & coleslaw S - cashews fluids 42 vits - b12, calcium 1/2, multi at bedtime exercise - big fat nope! I pretty much screwed up today. Tomorrow is another day.

Hi. Hope everyone has had a good day. B nothing L 3oz cottage cheese D three bites of lettuce and 5 sm grape tomatoes. Oh yeah, I licked the tip of my little finger to see if my cole slaw dressing was right. (It was) Fluids 90 oz Vitamins done Calcium done Exercise the normal for right now.
