The Importance of a support group
Cara and I have been doing A LOT of emailing back and forth today. We came to a conclusion about something. We are so blessed to have found a place where we can find support and accountability in EVERY aspect of this journey.
I made a decision this morning that I wasn't looking at this forum...AT ALL. Do you want to know what happened? My day failed miserably. I didn't exercise AT ALL, I drank 1/2 of what I normally do, and I never bothered to enter my food into Fitday. Why? Because no one was going to hold me accountable. No one was going to say, "How do you do that?" No one was going to say, "You keep me motivated Dawn." I need that. I realize that now more than ever. In 24 hours I have gotten so many emails by people saying that my dedication gives them motivation. Well, if it weren't for all of your comments I wouldn't have the dedication I do. I found that out today. So yeah, maybe I am a little extreme about some of my decisions these days but I only do it to make you guys proud of me and proud of yourselves. I guess I'm like a little girl trying to please her parents. I want you guys to be happy and most importantly encouraged!
Dawn

1st and foremost....I am so glad that you and Cara are communicating. And 2nd, it is so good to see you back on the board.
You were missed.
And you know, there is only one person who needs to be proud of you and that's YOU sweetie, and you should be. You are doing an amazing job.
I already told you that you are loved and valued here and I for one am glad to see you back.
Regards and many hugs,
Ronna
