HELLO FROM CANADA!!!
Hey Jennifer!
You savor every bite of that pasta salad! The weekend before my surgery, I ate out at my three favorite restaraunts for dinners Friday, Sat and Sun. Each bite was absolute heaven!
Hang on to your hat, girl, cause you are about to start a wild ride! You'll have that BMI cowering at your feet in no time!
I'll save you a seat on the losers bench!

Jennifer Please savour every bite because my surgery date was a surprise and I didn't have time to enjoy any last meals. I just had my surgery on April 7th and I'm still trying to figure out all this post op eating and drinking. I had my two week check up on Tuesday and I'm down 25 lbs so that's a plus.
Please keep us updated on your surgery and CONGRATULATIONS on getting a date!!

greetings jennifer!
enjoy your pasta salad! i too, ate many of my faves prior to having surgery. now, i'm SO happy with my size, i'm no longer even missing or mourning food. i just feel so great. i hope things go smoothly for you! it's all pretty overwhelming at first, but eventually settles down into a managable routine. at least, it did for me.
best of luck. be sure to let us know how you are, okay?

Hi from another Canadian!
I think I have been the only one on this board for a while so welcome!
I always knew I wasn't the only one in Canada with a BMI over 50, now I have some company.
Congrats on your surgery date, I am still waiting for mine. I'm sure all will go well, keep us posted. There are a great bunch of people on this board.

Do the shots help? I am trying to get my sister to investigate them, as her knees are getting really bad.
I did my mile on the armbike, and that's probably it for today. We have three inches of snow today, but it will be melted by tomorrow.
Thanks for opening the gym every day. Posting here keeps me honest, and motivated to exercise.
