Hi Marge,
I'm glad you are starting to enjoy the smell of the stuff you cook for your family...I felt that way for sooo long, It was like having morning sickness all of the time!! Maybe our hubbies should start their own support group! They could meet weekly and vent about how their wives go hormonal on them for no reason whatsoever..always around a certain time of the month etc. Our family members have different adjustments to make during our wls journey....my family likes to finish my food for me...it works out just great for them. I hope your daughter enjoys her new scale. Can I send her mine too??? I actually bought a new digital scale because I was convinced that there was something wrong with my regular one....NOT!! had the same result. I ended up taking that sucker back to the store..who needs "double trouble" We have enough issues right?
Hugs
Ginger

Good for you Marge...the scale can be evil...if you lose weight and you know you didn't eat like you should, then you think you can get away with it...if you don't lose weight and you were very good, then you feel discouraged! Never weigh more than once a week. If possible, twice a month is best...but, I can't make it that long...I have to weigh once a week.
You are really doing great Marge, this isn't magic though, it takes time and patience, both I'm short of!
Hugs,

Marlena,
I wear a girdle too, it surely makes a difference, I have alot of extra skin on my thighs, its not a pretty sight at all, my arms look like I have wings {as a matter of fact I refer to them as batwings, sometimes I think if I flap hard enough I'll actually fly away lol}; excerise is definately the name of the game, and after a yrs. time, you can pay a visit to the plastic surgeon to remove it, ahhhh! lipo suction, I'm so looking forward to it....
Good Luck....
