Kind of cool???
At Beaumont hospital weight loss center, you get what is called a dexa scan when you are about three months out. It measures your bone and muscle mass and determines what a true healthy weight would be for you. I'm tall, almost 5'10 so I figured about 180-200. (Kind of figured I was little big boned too...)
Well, according to the scan, I should weigh about 221. That would be at 28% body fat, what an "Average" woman my age, size and bone mas would weigh to be healthy. My bone mass is 21% higher than most woman my age. (Lugging all that fat around did sometyhing for my bones I guess.)
Last week I weighed 299.5. BELOW 300!!!!!!!!!!!
So only about 80lbs to go, how cool is that??????????????????? I started out at 380 beginning of January!
Love to everyone.
