Welcome home Melissa...glad to hear you are doing well. Yep, pain meds are great..but what I really like is the stuff they give you before you go completely under before surgery...that stuff makes the world around you go psychedelic. I wish they could bottle that up and send it home with me after my WLS Heather Oh, btw....don't send that rainy weather this way...we have been having the most beautiful weather here and I don't want to see it end!

Hi Kay Breakfast: Lit & Fit Cherry Vanilla Yogurt Lunch: Qsmart Bar and 2 pieces of Honeydew Mellon Dinner will be a spincach salad with turkey and stringcheese cut in it, mushrooms, olives, baby carrots and low fat ceaser dressing Vitamins done Iron Supp Done Cold and overcast today so just hung around the house and didn't excersise today Drank a lot as usual

Oh crap! Ive had one of those days were you dont realize what you have ate till you write it down. We spent 5 hours at the motorcross park today riding the 4wheelers and had a ball. But my food choices were POOR.
