Yep, pain meds are great..but what I really like is the stuff they give you before you go completely under before surgery...that stuff makes the world around you go psychedelic. I wish they could bottle that up and send it home with me after my WLS

Mellissa, (((HUGS))) So glad you are home and have good spirits! I loved that joke girl, glad to see you have a sense of humor, you are doing better than I did already! Keep drinking though, can't tell you how important that is!! I am sure you have heard it enough times before though! Glad to see you posting!

Oh crap! Ive had one of those days were you dont realize what you have ate till you write it down. We spent 5 hours at the motorcross park today riding the 4wheelers and had a ball. But my food choices were POOR.
B: protein shake
