Hey everyone!!!! Happy surgiversary to those on 123, seems like that is a big chunk of board members
Today I did some leg work in church- you know lifting legs up and down and holding them under the pew (don't tell my Pastor lol)
Then I have horse and rabbit meetings for my 4-Hers tonight! Just got done with the horse meeting and will be doing rabbits right after I post this.

I didn't wiggle today. I did however go out and enjoy the sun (got burnt doing it). Went out on the boat with friends and out to an island at 11am where we stayed until DARK!!! I am so burnt and I used sunscreen!!
I did play with the boys and enjoyed the days with them and my friends.
I will be working out tommorrow unless I'm terribly sore from being so burnt!!

Unjury pretty much keeps its promise on its UNFLAVORED protein powder. Immediately post-op I used it in my chicken broth, I've put it in grits and oatmeal, and even put it in (very moist) scrambled eggs. I use it also with strawberries and bananas with skim milk for shakes, and I've used it with SF-FF instant pudding mix (partial packets at a time, really diluted) for thick shakes and (less diluted) for protein puddings. Have also had it in SF-FF hot chocolate (but have also made hot choc with the chocolate flavored Unjury). On hot foods and drinks, you have to do the heating first, then add the powder slowly, a little at a time or it will "curdle" up ... and I think I read on the main board that the max temp shouldn't exceed 130 degrees for it to stir smoothly. For a microwave, try keeping the time (on max cook) to under 1 min 30 secs (that's what I use). You just have to do a few trials and errors first til you hit the right setting.
