My 3-month update
Today is not a good day...well it started out ok
breakfast-protein drink
lunch-tacos
snack-protein drink
snack-1/2 cup of ice cream
dinner-a little bit of burnt ziti (ugggh) pc of garlic red
all vitamins are done
hit the gym /elliptical and treadmill
water-not even 16 oz down, but I'm gonna do this tonite, I am so hungry right now...
