Hi Everyone, I am back from my time at the beach and was so pleased to get all your messages complimenting me on my new picture. Thanks so much for all your kind words and support!! My trip to the beach was wonderful. I begrudgingly packed my swimsuit from a few years ago, it had long since been too small. On the second day I tried it on and it was actually a bit big! And then I wore it = in front of friends and professional colleagues - and realized that I was no longer the largest person in the group. It was truly a WOW weekend for me. It was also interesting to see how differently people treated me as a thinner person. I knew that many of those involved in this particular group are fastidious about looks, weight and diets. I felt that I fit in. I am sure that as the weight goes down and the temperatures go up that the clothing will continue to decrease.

And I see that there's lots of new pictures posted, too - Chele, Stephanie, Tina, Susan, Kristi, Ronna - all of you look fabulous!! I love seeing everyone's smiling faces on the other side. We all have this common look about us....beaming. Its just so wonderful!! Congrats to all on your successes and here's to a fabulous summer ahead!! Hugs,

I just went and checked out your profile and dang girl!!! You are looking good! It's great being able to not fret too much about being in a bathing suit huh? I'm waiting to buy mine, but I found a really cute on in a plus sized magazine, now I'm having to see if I can find the same thing but in my size!!!

Welcome back Tiff and that's definitely a wow moment not being the heaviest person there. You look really great in your pictures, what a major difference. Good job on posting the photos. Karen S.
