Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Half of a western omelette, 2 strips of bacon, half a bagel
S: Protein shake
L: Broth, salad, sauteed shrimp and vegies, several bites of rice (Japanese steakhouse)
S: 3 crackers, 2 SF Russell Stover toffees
D: Cheese w/ a couple of crackers, hummus w/ pita wedge, strawberries dipped in SF chocolate (2), couple bites of chicken
S: A few tortilla chips w/ melted cheese and jalapenos, Blue Bunny SF ice cream pop

B: 3 egg whites scrambled with 1/4 Roma tomato, 1/4 cup fresh chopped spinach, 2 tbsp ff feta, and 1/8 cantalope
S: 1-1/2 scoop Kiwi Strawberry Nectar - yucky
L: 1 bbq chicken leg, 2 shrimp, 1 watermelon ball, 1 raspberry, spoonful of jambalaya, and 1 spoonful of red beans and rice (I was at a Mardi Gras party)
S: 3 shrimp with coctail sauce
D: 2 bbq chicken thighs, about 3/4 cup red beans and rice (brought some home), 1 sf cookie
Throughout the party I had 2 glasses Pinion Grigot (or however it's spelled - white wine) and a few sips of a red wine (didn't like it)
I had all my vits and other than the wine about 64 oz of water.
