Need HELP!!!
Mine changed, too! My bfast was the same and my Nectar drink but then:
L: 24 oz iced decaf sf mocha with sf raspberry and vanilla
D: was my burger but I chopped spinach, ff feta, tomato, and red onion and mixed that in with the 94% lean ground beef. I ate mine on 1/4 of a whole wheat bun (the burger was about 2.5 oz) and had about 1/4 of a large potato cut into wedges and baked with a touch of olive oil, pepper, basil, and seasoned salt.
I will have some sort of fruit later for a snack. My values today are about 900 calories so far (7 p.m.) with 96 grams of protein, 57 carbs, and 23 grams/fat. DANG milk has a lot of carbs in it!! I used to always get soy instead of regular milk. I think I'm going to go back to that. One or two grams less of protein but not as much fat or carbs.
