What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Clothing? Disposable clothing? Edible clothing? Toys? Whatever!
I understand the "whew" factor. Definitely.
I weigh myself daily but am basically pretty numb to what I see. I do make judgements over many days worth of readings but don't get to freaked out about an individual day. I usually just shake my head and ponder the science of weight, calories taken in and expended, water storage, etc.

Hi Kay,
That crab sounds yummy, I may have to go get some. Do you know how long the sale is going on? Maybe I'll treat myself next month for my b-day. It has been blue & gray here today. Here goes:
B-Nothing
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese & 1/4 c. of mixed fruit in splenda
D-3 ounces of rotissiere chicken, 1/2 c. of mixed vegetables, 3 strawberries & 1 small piece of italian bread
Vitamins: check
Water: 40 ounces

Hi Kay!
B: Protein Choco/coffee milk 10 oz
S: 1 oz peanuts
L: beef jerky 1 oz and a handfull of romain lettuce with bacobits and ranch... my first almost salad was absolutely wonderful!
S: nothing
D: might be more salad but with some chicken this time.
S: hopefully nothing
Water: okay
Protein: I want an Isopure when I get home, 10 oz at least

A J thats great . Its a great feeling when you get there aint it ! I dont do my workout in the morning because Im a swing shift guy . Sometimes I am just getting home at about the time you are getting up !!! So I get my workout in at about noon or so . I have a full gym in my basement . I like to ride my recumbent style bike and watch the news of the morning . I ride every day execept on sunday. I give myself that day off .
