d/x i dont know where you are located but youre definately not in calif!!$3.10 for regular and $3.35 for premium and the screwing has just begun!!! there may well be a gas shortage in the future but as long as they can get away with doing it and we let them they will!!i work for a auto dealership and from what i can see whatever we come up with wether it be a hybrid car or a hydrogen car their costs to maintain in the future will equal the gas cars eventually!even if all of us wls canditates were to build a methane powered car and from what i can tell so far we would not have a methane gas shortage!!!!even if we shoved the hose up our butts the government would figure a way to tax it!!!!!ron

Here in OK we are paying an average of $2.79 which seems to be lower than most of you, I guess the heartland hasn't hit the high numbers yet.

I paid 2.85 today, and it cost $59 to fill up my Pacifica. Holy Crap, I say!

I paid $3.05 this morning. I'm also in the region hit by the east coast shortage from the MTBE to ethanol changover, which is supposed to last another 2 weeks or so.

Bought my bud's '93 Mercedes 300SD last month for 3 grand and so far I'm glad I did (32 mpg at diesel prices). Midtest in Frankfort is $2.99. Maybe Halliburton(sp) can solve this problem! Dave
