What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
The weather was nice here today. Grace and I ran a few errands and had lunch out.
B - skipped
L - chicken caccitore
D - 2 oz pork 1/4 c brown rice
S - cheese / crackers
I need more protein ... thinking of making a shake rather than trying to get the rest of this water mm light that I am drinking in.
Vits - all in except for bedtime
Fluid - up to about 49 ounces as I sit here sipping and sipping and sipping
Exercise - 45 minutes at the Y - 10 min on bike and 35 minutes on weights
I would have liked to stayed longer but I had Grace and with the feeding tube I was really nervous leaving her in child watch. I kept waiting to get paged but she did ok. I am such a nervous nilly when it comes to her!

Pre-B today: 1-1/2 scoops Stacker Tropical Punch - it's pretty good, but at 195 calories for 1-1/2 scoops, it's a bit calorie rich
B: 1 cup lf cottage cheese, 1 slice whole wheat toast with smidge of butter
L: chicken salad with lite mayo, relish, red onion - I may put it on some wheat toast or wheat thins, not sure and some green and red peppers
D: bbq pork shoulder roast (crock pot all day), brown jasmine rice, green beans
I will have some sort of snack of fruit today (I'm trying really hard to get in fruits/veggies)
I've not take any vits yet (not even 10 a.m.) but I will as soon as I get up from here. I'll take my multi and my 1st dose of calcium. I will take my iron with lunch, and my 2nd calcium dose later.
I am planning on a walk/jog later and fluids are at about 10 oz so far.

B - Oatmeal w/sf syrup, 1.5 teaspoons peanut butter
S - skipping, didn't feel hungry (what??? That never happens to me!)
L - Albacore Tuna to Go, 1 oz cheddar cheese
S - Banana
D - not sure yet
S - SF pudding
Getting all my vits in today. I have the hardest time remembering the calcium (2 pills twice a day). Since I take iron in the morning and night, I have to find other times to take the calcium.
Water -- already down 50 oz. Will do another 50, and probably a SF lemonade and some hot tea.
Wow! This looks great on paper -- let's hope it stays that way!

Well, for me... I wasn't allowed to eat anything this morning so my eating day didn't start til about 1-1:30 pm so I know it'll be a "light" day overall.
Already eaten:
L: 1.5 oz of chicken (rotisserie from Costco) and two bites of broccoli w/ cheese sauce
S: Protein shake (Nectar Lemon Tea)
Plan for the rest of the day:
S: Another protein shake (gotta make up for lost time)
D: Italian sausage cooked on the grill w/ sauteed peppers and onions
S: Yet another protein shake, Blue Bunny SF ice cream pop
Not sure if I'll eat anything else. I may sneak in a slice of cheese or something to get some extra protein and calories in. Who knows.
Vitamins: Light today...taken 1 multi, 1 dose of calcium. Will work on others.
Water: 16 oz of Crystal Light. That is it so far. Wasn't allowed to drink this a.m.
Exercise: Nada today.

Hi Ladies!!! I tried to post on Friday but I am so busy... im sorry I couldnt help out. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
lnd- beef nachos.. maybe 3-4 bites wasnt very tasty
B- South Beach protein bar
L- BBQ Ranch roast beef/bacon salad split with my Mom form quiznos.. it was pretty tasty, lots of meat and lettuce.. very protein friendly
S- Beef Jerky??
D- Steamed and stuffed artichokes, and some roasted chicken
Excerise- Havent been since last Monday, way down bout it! Going today!!!!!!!!
water- awesome intake so far
vits- 50% done
