Pre B-2c coffee, no water this morning so not in the mood
B-high fiber cereal and cc milk
S-protein shake
L-tuna salad and a few tricuits
S-protein shake
D-spaghetti (ww noodles and my homemade sauce with ground turkey)
A bad start with the water this morning but will get most if not all in by tonight. Going to run a mile on the treadmill here in a few.

I didn't eat bfast - was rushed this a.m.
L: 1/2 can progresso split green pea soup with bacon, 1/4 sandiwich with potato bread, turkey, spinach, dijon, and 2% American cheese
D: (will be) ff hotdog on wheat bun with catsup, maybe 1/4 cup mac-n-cheese.
I will also add a fruit for a snack and will be having (as soon as I step away from the putr) my 2nd calcium dose of the day and later will have my iron. I'm also getting ready to have a protein drink.

B - 1 cup of warm green tea, with Splenda and milk; later I had a tall glass of milk worth 20 g. protein...I was bad and didn't really eat anything...just wasn't hungry...but I made myself eat 1/2 a biscuit later
S - popcorn
L - 1 taco and the insides of another, some beans
S - 1 oz. cheddar cheese a few bites of hubby's pretzel at the mall
D - 1/2 SB Diet Pizza
S - real ice cream about 1/2 cup with lots of fresh strawberries
Later another glass of yummyt protein milk
All liquids in, all vits in except last Ca pill I will take in a few
