Excellent, Michelle. The carbs are from the tomato obviously but that is good. Thanks for the suggestion. We've been thinking about trying to make one but bottled is so convenient! Appreciate the tip. I know that Walden Farms has a zero carb, zero cal one or something crazy like that. Probably made from lots of vinegar. Haven't tried it though. Kathy
