happy Birthday Chele

Hi Chele, Happy Birthday. i hope you are having a better day. I get scared also about the weight loss. It seem to go to be true for me to be able to lose this weight. On the surgeons scale on monday when Heather went I have only lost 52 lbs since the beginning and 47 since surgery. That seem really slow to me for being in the beginning. I have had a hard time exercising and now have made up my mind to suffer through and do at least 1/2 hour on the treadmill. I have arthritis in my back and the exercisr really causes pain. Since I can't take the drugs I did before surgery I tend to be careful. keep your chin up, you are doing great. You are young, the weight will come off.
