Pie

Ok, here is what I did. Baked a pie crust, 90 calories to serving, sliced up 2 bananas and put them on the bottom of the crust. Made SF chocolate pudding, the type you cook, and poured it over the bananas, and cooled it for hours. Now I didn't, because of my family also eating it, but could have added protein powder to it and had a protein pie also, might do that next time. From what I can add together the nutrition, minus the bananas, is 120 calories per serving, 5g. or less of sugar from milk and 5g. of fat. Not bad at all. And it was good. Another thing my Doc pushes is apple pie. Same crust, add 2x as many apples, sweet apples, as normal for a pie, maybe sprinkle Splenda over it and bake as usual. He says eat all I want. I haven't tried it yet, this pie is the first desert thing I have had since surgery, of then SF popcycles.
