otc pain meds?

just wondering if any of you jan. people have taken any over the counter pain medicine? did it help? what did you take? i've been having some pain and i just picked up some tylenol jr. meltaways (apparently they don't have just chewables anymore) in a yummy bubble gum flavor. haha. is anyone else having pain from their pouch (not associated with eating/drinking)? thanks in advance! ~liz
