Apple Pie
I have Kristi's apple pie in the oven right now.
Crust, lots of apples (different varieties) piled high. I added some Splenda (brown sugar blend, just a little), regular Splenda, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. I dotted it with about 1 Tbsp light butter, then put some pecans on top (just several, here and there).
It smells heavenly. I almost feel like myself again! (I LOVE to bake!)
I'll let you know how it tastes.
