Good News

Well I had two huge blessings come to me today. 1) Dr Joe called me with Gracie's blood test results, they are dropping and he feels very good about her recovery from the protein overloading her kidneys. 2) The specialist I consulted with at the ER, called yesterday to schedule an appointment - August - soonest he can see us. Like the good mommy that I am, I explained the situation and that we had consulted with Dr. K in the ER the day before. Scheduling had to talk to the nurese, who had to talk to Dr K. who had to .... Anyway they called today and are seeing her next Friday - WOOO HOOO! Her weight was lower today by 11 ounces. Dr Joe said that is fine. She was bloated with fluid on Wednesday and there is not a reason for concern. We see Dr. Joe again on Thursday. God Bless, JEn
