Fast Food....a no no?!?!?
Hey friends--we've all had colds and been super busy lately so I haven't posted much. Though I have been perusing the board to keep my eye on all of you!
Anyhow--a few weekends ago I was out and needed a quick bite--the only place close was Arby's. I got what I thought was the best thing and it went down very badly (and it was way too many cals for the protein)! So, I came home and went through several of the nutritional info they have online for fast food restaurants and came up with what to order at each---. I really only looked at protein and cals, since I don't count carbs ( I just try to go with complex carbs and avoid the rest if I can).
So, I thought I would share and find out what you order when you are stuck with fast food. Cathy

2 scrambled eggs 190 cals, 15g protein
Arby's
kid's meal Market fresh mini Turkey & cheese sanwich 240 cals, 21 g protein
