From the back of the Splenda package. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks promising. Chele **** CREAMY CHEESECAKE CRUST: 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup Splenda grandular 3 TBSP. butter, melted Mix ingredients together, and press into a 10" spring form pan. FILLING: 1lb. regular cream cheese 1lb fat-free cream cheese 1 1/4 cups Splenda grandular 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice pinch of salt 4 large eggs 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Beat cream cheese and Splenda until well mixed and smooth. Add lime juice and a pinch of salt, beat until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. 3. Pour filling over crust and bake 50-60 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch. Let cool 15-20 minutes before placing in the refrigerator. Refregerate 4-6 hours before serving Nutritional Info: total calories 200, calories from fat 130, Total fat 14g, Total Carbs. 11g,sodium 290mg, dietary fiber 0g, Sugars 3g, Protein 8g Exchanges Per Serving: 1 medium fat meat, 1 1/2fat, 1 starch
