I also buy mine at Bariatric Eating. They aren't cheap, but when you compare it to what you used to spend on drive-thru food, it's not bad. I just keep them in the fridge and grab and go. It's 20 grams of protein and no sugar. I don't like the Vanilla nut, but love the Cappucino and Mocha Java. Haven't tried the Hazelnut. Central Market is supposed to carry them (off Westheimer), but didn't have any when I went there a month ago. Karla 337/268/150
