What is your favorite form of exercise?
I LOVE the elliptical and Pilates classes. I know that there are several Pilates DVDs available for purchase.
Let me tell you this: Pilates work out your core muscles. Muscles that are below your standard muscles worked out. Doing this form of exercise will pull in your abs and make them much tighter than you dreamed possible. Most of the moves that ballerinas do are forms of Pilates and check out their bodies! I can tell you about 4 years ago when I was actively going to the gym I was working out 4 days a week for 2 months and no one said a word to me...3 weeks of Pilates (only once a week!) and I was getting compliments out the wazoo.

Favorite is a far stretch for me. I exercise because I have to! I walked today, but on other days I use the Nordic Track and do strength training with bands. Or sometimes I do Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone and I used the weighted balls. This workout is the best one I guess. It isn't boring anyway and seems to go quick. She has a 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile.

Most nights I powerwalk on the treadmill for 45 min while I watch one of my favorite tv shows. At least that way the time sees to go by a little more quickly.
I also LOVE playing tennis. It's so much fun that it doesn't even feel like exercise to me!

I also like the treadmill and water aerobics when I can get to it.
I used to love regular aerobics, but I think I'm too old & slow now to pick up the moves
