What is your favorite food?
What is your favorite "follow the rules" food? What is your favorite "bad" food?
My favorite good food is an eggbeaters omlette made with 2 tbsp light shredded cheese and 1 tbsp bacon bits. Lots of protein. I eat one omlette everyday.
My favorite "bad" food is a taco salad from Taco Bell. I don't eat the shell or lime chips, and I use my own light sour cream at home, but it still has lots of fat. But it's so yummy and my tummy agrees with it. But I restrain myself to about one a week.

Are all of you who are saying the Taco Bell salad is bad? You're avoiding the fatty carbo-loaded part if you're not eating the shell and the chips, the rest of it is not that bad! The meat and beans are protein, and they don't cook their beans in fat, so the only fat is coming from the meat. I used to manage restaurants for them...
I have a different favorite food each week it seems. Last week it was swiss cheese on lowfat wheat thins crackers. This week, because I can eat steak, is steak. I had my steak from Outback over the course of two dinners this week and YUM. I will probably find a steak for this weekend some time.
Favorite bad food? I don't know if I have a favorite, but I know that this weekend I will eat peanuts and a hot dog since we're going to a baseball game tomorrow. I buy the all beef hot dog at the stadium and throw away most of the bun, so most of what I'm eating is protein but I still get the favorite stadium foods...

I don't think of the taco salad as bad, bad, like a chocolate bar would be. But even without the shell and chips, it has 390 calories, 21 fat and 28 carbs. That's my whole daily allotment of carbs! But it's a nice treat every now and again.
It's funny how I used to think of being bad, was eating a whole sara lee cake myself, or getting 2 value meals, super sized for myself. Now being bad is ordering from the healthy menu at a fast food resturant, lol!
