Did You Work Your Wiggles Today?

So there chickie .... let me say, hats off to you for the amount of time you spend on that eliptical.
Holy buckets, I usually do a 10 minute warm up on the bike to get my blood flowing before I do the weights.Then I finish with another 10 minutes on the bike after the weights. Today, my sis was with me and she was going to do the eliptical. I though why not?
Well .... in 6 minutes and 12 seconds that thing had wooped my butt. I went back for more ... after the weights I hung in for almost 6 minutes.
WOWSER, that is a killer.
How many strides a minute do you average?
