Hey Dawn, So there chickie .... let me say, hats off to you for the amount of time you spend on that eliptical. Holy buckets, I usually do a 10 minute warm up on the bike to get my blood flowing before I do the weights.Then I finish with another 10 minutes on the bike after the weights. Today, my sis was with me and she was going to do the eliptical. I though why not? Well .... in 6 minutes and 12 seconds that thing had wooped my butt. I went back for more ... after the weights I hung in for almost 6 minutes. WOWSER, that is a killer. How many strides a minute do you average? God bless, Jen

Hey Jaci, I did 20 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the recumbent bike. It feels so good to be working out again.

Hello Jaci.... I did 30 minutes on my emcumbent bike then walked the neighborhood for 26 minutes then lifted weights for 10 minutes....Suzan Anyone have some exercises for upper saggy arms? suzan
