Here's one that you can do at home.
Fill up an old gallon milk jug with water. (put the cap back on it)
Sit on a hard chair with back strait, shoulders back, breasts out
using both hands lift the milk jug up and over your head so it is laying against your shoulder blades
now lift up as high as you can and lower back down
**smooth, slow, controlled movements are key**
Now for faster results do these in pyramid sets. First time do 20, then 30, then 40. Doing it this way will build muscle and burn fat at the same time!
