4.5 lbs in a month?
Oh that must really be frustrating. Take all the months you have been loosing and average them out. See what that number is, maybe not using the first month. I think I only lost 8lbs. last month, but if I go from the middle of last month till now, i have lost alot more, the 8lbs is from the first to the first.
I also have started getting in more calories this month and I am seeing a much bigger drop than I use to. Up from 500 a day to around 800 a day.
Are you getting your water in and is this the time of that time? See if you don't drop more next week to make up for the lower this month?
I am just giving you what I did each month. My loss has been slow. I see quite a few who have lost 100lbs by now and I have lost 52, and some were the same BMI as me to start. I've seen some who will be at goal next month. It hurts, I know.
