Okay...here it goes...
B: 3 oz. roast chicken
S: Quaker Mini Delights - Drizzled Caramel (90 calories of YUM!)
L: 3 oz. roast chicken
S: New-Whey Protein Vial (STILL hate them!!)
D: Okay...couldn't NOT eat dinner. I had one chicken leg in curry sauce with 1/2 cup of rice. Damn.

Wow, has it been a long time since I have been here. I missed a lot. You have been through so much! Good for you for posting this! You are doing great. I am not going to post today, since I have not gotten back "on the wagon" until I shop, but I will!

So I was looking back at all the VERY old post and I realized I did so much better when I was posting what I ate each day. Knowing that I was going to have to share it with the board made me think twice before eatting an entire candy bar and a bag of chips! Now that we have Monday morning weigh-ins I was hoping we could start sharing our menus again. I'll try posting for a few days and see if anyones interested.
So heres my menu for today:
B: eggbeates with 1/2 slice cheese
S: coffee protein shake
L: peanut butter protein shake
S: sugar free jello
D: grilled tilipia
Took B12 and vit., drank 64 oz water, Wii fit for 20 min., and 81 grams protein!

Dang I hate that I have 23# to get to my goal. I'm so bummed that I've allowed my weight to creep back up. I have not been eating right and the scale sure does show it.

Congrats on the engagement! Im in TN but in the northeast. But my DH is considering a job in Chattanooga. If we get down that way soon we should do lunch! Im glad you are doing well.

Topic: Been Meaning To....
I've been meaning to do this for a while... I even sat down and wrote out a message to you all about a week ago, but timed out and lost what I wrote, and didn't have time to re-write it.
I sure miss you all! It has been SO LONG since I've been in here. So much has happened. My absence is due to not having internet access at home any longer. I get to use the library computer once in a while, so I try to get caught up when I can.
The biggest change for me... In July, I quit my Girl Scout cookie factory job of almost 17 years, put my house up for sale, transferred with my WalMart job... and moved a thousand miles southeast to Northern Georgia. I now live in a sleepy little town called Ringgold, GA... which is about 20 minutes from Chattanooga, TN. I moved to live with my fiance, Shannon... whom I've been engaged to for a little over a year. We are planning to get married in June, but nothing is set in stone... we were waiting to get through the holidays and now it'll be a money issue.... but I am SO HAPPY!
In October I started working for McKee Foods, which is the home of Little Debbies & Sunbelt snacks. I am enjoying being back in the baking world, but I'm working 3rd shift, which is kicking my butt. I have been blessed not to have gained 20 pounds in the 3 months I've been working there... I have eaten my share of cakes... but usually only a bite or two... I have OD'd on sugar already.... I don't think I'll ever learn and stop pushing the button to see just how much I can take....
Anyways.... JerseyMom was wondering how everyone was doing, and wanted to call out some of our alum... so here I am...
As far as my surgery success... I am doing well... I struggle.... EVERYDAY - I still struggle. I have resigned to the fact that I will always be fighting, tooth and nail, against my weight. I am only about 9 pounds from my post-surgery low of 206. Which makes me a success. But I am still not happy with where I stopped.... and with a wedding looming in the distance... I really want to get back to the gym, get some perspective, and focus on ME. Working two jobs and trying to take care of a fiance, a son, a household, and get sleep - seems to be about all I can do. I bought into a membership at the Little Debbie Factory... they have their own employee fitness center... weights, machines, pool, curves-like circuit... So I don't have any excuse - except that I haven't made the time for myself...
I will. I need to. I want to.
ANYWAYS~~~
I just wanted to check in, say HI and that I miss you all a great deal, and think about you often.
Can you believe it has been 3 YEARS!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY EVERYONE!!!!!
Love you all... Hope the new year brings blessing and dreams coming true.

Yowza, do I have to post this? I have had the most terrible time lately and I don't even give a crap! I ate like I did presurgery! Well, after being brave enough to get on that scale again, I sure care now!
Lowest weight: 138ish
Current: 171.2
(never, ever been that high, I cried!) I am so ashamed!
Goal: was 138, I'm going to say I'd be happy with 148.
23.2 lbs until goal
I'm doing a version of the 5DPT and hoping at least 5 lbs of that was water weight?!?!?!

Ok, here goes. I have been gone for a long time and you have inspired me. I have put on a little weight, but also never got all the way to goal. I have struggled with some nutrition issues and hypoglycemia as well.
