I had to go out and buy a mp3 thing when I had my band with ear plugs just to drown out the noise some so I could drowse. My O2 alarm went off none stop all night.

Hello!! I'm scheduled for the sleeve on January 8th. I start my liquid diet on the 29th. Everything is done and now I just sit and wait...lol. I'm excited and scared and nervous lol. Good luck everyone.

Just so excited to get my date, the 22nd. I am a revision from a band (2/09 and removed 9/12) to a sleeve.
My insurance changed to a once in a lifetime WLS policy. I had to fight them and finally got approval and boarded for surgery.
I do my pre-op medical 1/2, nut class 1/3 and start pre-op diet 1/7.
I am so glad to see everyone here. I would have posted sooner but could never find a link to 2013. I just got here thru my old surgery date link.
There are so many more here than when I was banded (less than a dozen) we have 23 to date changing their lives in January of 2013;

HW 302 lbs. SW 279.8 lbs. CW 193.8 lbs MFP Jarabacoagirl Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs, 3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly
108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!
(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
