Hi. I only have use to the computer at work. I weighed myself on Thursday and I was 160 lbs. I commit this week to drink more fluids. I also commit to taking my vitamins everyday, I forget sometimes but I have a log that I created to help me stay on track. I have already taken my first dose of my multivitamin and this weekend I have taken all vitamins on schedule. So far so good. Annette

Annette, You can check in any time. You have some very good goals this week. I must admit to not taking my vitamins daily. I really need to do that. They are sooooo important to us especially with malabsorption issues. Have a great week. Mary
