Hi Jill, Thanks for your response, are you getting excited? I'm anxious for tomorrow to get here to get this done, seems like I have been waiting for ever. My husband is alos having lapband, sceduled for the 28th, so we will be in this together, think it will be much easier since we will be eating the same things. It will be nice to be able to talk to someelse going throught the same issues, Good luck, Cathy

I can not wait until I can say I'm down 107lbs! That is amazing. If you can do that then you can do anything. I've always heard that when you want to lose and not just maintain you need to do some walking or bike riding. Congrats on your amazing progress!

Hello everyone...
I need some pointers. I kind of have been eating crappy lately and I can't do this to myself. Has anyone ever been through this? And what did u do to get back on track if you did?
Also, I have hit a dry spot in my weight loss. Im down 107 lbs in 7 months and I havent lost over 2 lbs in 3 weeks... is there anything I can do to break the cycle? I just need some help... words of encouragment... something...

Ccongrats on your approval! Have you gotten all of your preop testing done? I finished up on Friday. How are you holding up? are you nervous? I am a little, when I went to see dr Q I started getting jettery and I guess nervous . But I am doin ok. Did you find and Angel yet? My sis and a friend I met here are my angels.
